• Respond to questions related to registration, drop/add, and grade entry from students, advisors and others in order to clarify rules and procedures and resolve problems.
• In conjunction with the Associate Registrar, hire student workers. Responsible for training and day-to-day supervision of student workers.
• Cross-train with the Associate Registrar in order to assist during peak work periods and/or take over duties during illness, vacation, and other absences.
• Perform duties normally performed by support staff in their absence or at times of heavy workload.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as appropriately assigned.
