Conscientiously manage all keys assigned for apartments and common areas including cylinder changes.

Provide effective communication reporting problems, monitor status of the pending outside service requests for recurring (elevator, pest management, waste & recycling) and individual requests (variety of subcontractors or Maintenance Shop) by communicating directly with residents and maintenance shop or contractor.

Immediately replace common area light bulbs as needed.

Perform snow removal and preventive salting, with front sidewalks addressed first, followed by side and rear walkways and porches.

Assist in showing apartments to prospective tenants when necessary and perform move-in orientations to apartment and building. (Note in summer months this increases while snow and boiler/heat monitoring decrease).
